Processing & Shipping Schedule
We ship orders once per week, on Tuesdays.

Orders placed before Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) will ship the upcoming Tuesday.

Orders placed after Sunday at noon are not guaranteed to ship that week — they may ship the following Tuesday, depending on how busy we are.
We try to be flexible, but please plan ahead if you’re ordering with a deadline in mind.

Shipping Method & Carriers
We ship via USPS, and occasionally use UPS or FedEx for larger or more time-sensitive orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email. Please note: USPS tracking often does not update in real time. Based on our past experience, it’s not uncommon for packages to show no movement for days, only to arrive on time. We appreciate your patience — and we’re always here to help if things seem off.
Cold Weather & Heat Packs
If you're ordering during cold months, heat packs are available as an optional add-on during checkout. These help protect your plants in transit, especially if your area is experiencing freezing temperatures.
Don’t see the heat pack option? Just ask! We’ll be happy to help add one to your order.
We are not responsible for cold damage if a heat pack was not added.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
